Sales Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or take back a bunny for a refund. A replacement bunny will be provided from an available litter only if one of the following occurs: 

Wrong Gender: We do our best the determine the sex of our baby bunnies. If you discover that we have made a mistake, you can bring the bunny back and choose a different one of the opposite gender from our next available litter.

Health Guarantee: We offer a health guarantee on all our bunnies. If they become sick or die within 45 days of purchase, we will provide a replacement bunny, of the same gender, from our next available litter. If bunny is sick, you must return it to us. If it has died, a picture of the deceased bunny must be provided. 

Exclusions: Any evidence of abuse, neglect or injury will void the warranty. If a bunny dies or becomes sick because it was exposed to rabbits or other animals outside of our ranch, or was exposed to extreme elements, this will void the warranty. 

Shipping & Delivery

At this time, we do not offer shipping for our baby bunnies. All pickups must be scheduled and done at our ranch. If you require other arrangements, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your situation.
